1.     Does the Digital Vault work with Music Files?

A: Yes! The Digital Vault can store and deliver any type of electronic file. We suggest that you package your files in a Zip program, but that is up to you. Placing the files in a zip format will allow your customer to download the files faster, creating a better experience.

2.     Does the Digital Vault work with the PayPal Shopping Cart?

A: Yes! The Digital Vault will work with PayPal single item sales, Shopping Cart sales and Subscriptions. It also works with ClickBank subscriptions and single item purchases.

3.     Can I install the software on my own web site?

A: Not at this time. The Digital Vault is only available as a hosted solution. Why, see below…

4.     If I purchase the su bscription, is there anything to install on my server?

A: No, there is nothing to install. You will only need to place the product purchase links on your web pages. We handle the rest.

5.     Why is this a ‘hosted solution’?

A: In short, to serve you better. The Digital Vault has been around for over six years. In that time we have listened to our customers. As new features are added, you take advantage of them right away. There are no updates to run, nothing new to install. 6.     Can I give away bonus products?

A: Yes! The system allows you to create links between products you sell and products you wish to give away. If the customer purchases a product that has bonus items, those will be delivered in the same download area.

7.     How do I know if I am being ripped off?

A: The system shows you every time a product has been downloaded by a particular customer account. If there is an excessive download condition, you can shut down the customer access to that product. Shutting off access to a purchased product also shuts off access to a bonus product.

8.     Are my products 100% safe from theft?
